Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, the Fleet Street Hotel has a strict policy of notice required prior to 2pm on the day before arrival. In the event of the Fleet Street Hotel not being notified of a cancellation the first night's accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card.

The booking deposit is non-refundable and is charged to your credit card at the time of "make reservation" submission. The booking deposit will show as "Net Affinity, Dublin" on your credit card statement. The remaining charge is payable to the hotel upon your departure.

• Minimum Gift Voucher value is €50
• Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash
• Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference
• Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for services of a lower value, solely at the discretion of the hotel in which they are being used
• No change will be given out but the balance can be used for future purchases
• Fleet Street Hotel does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers - protect them as you would cash
• Fleet Street Hotel reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions at any time, and for any reason without prior notice to you
• Please note that your voucher can only be redeemed after 3 days of the date of your purchase
